If it comes with Stan's file copies of every Atlas/Marvel comic ever printed I might start considering instead of smirking. Can't believe Stan is only making $150 grand profit on his house.

It's kinda funny buying the place in 2009 and selling in 2014; and I was wondering where this legendary comic book creator going to live after this sale goes down?
$150,000.00 profit is surprisingly small profit for Mr. Lee.
