ETA: Between films and D+ series, there are more projects planned for the next three years than there were MCU films from 2008-2019. And that's not even counting eventual D+ series in 2023. You'll be getting MCU content once a month for a while.

It's not clear which of these dates are just your speculation. I do assume Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania was just speculation, because I read (probably a few days after your post) that it's actually coming out in 2022. It's a little weird that they haven't given a precise date since the other 2022 movies have release dates. It could slot in between Black Panther and Captain Marvel around September. Maybe there's a reason why they're holding off on the date. Like maybe it'll be released direct to streaming on Disney+ since the Ant-Man movies tend to make less. I hope not, because I like them. Or maybe Black Panther II is getting pushed back, and they don't want to say that right away. I imagine they could use more time because of Boseman's death.
