Todays meeting was attended by Hoosier X , Rob Allen , tartanphantom , Roquefort Raider , and Myke Gee . Subjects covered today: Howard Chaykin, the good bad and ugly Shark Movies Plastique and Killer Frost from the Firestorm Series The Super sons series in World's Finest and goofy Bob Haney writing The Daredevil run from the 60's to the 80's The amazing 100 pagers from DC comics Kevin Spacey Bobby Darrin And once again , condolences to Mike Gee for his loss of a loved pet. Plus Michael Fleisher and Jonah Hex's move from Western to post-apocalyptic Sci-Fi genre. Can you believe it? a CCF Zoom session with nary a mention of Liefeld... go figure. |

Myke Gee, I just saw this about Jerzy. I know how tough this must be for you. Two of my (adult) kids have only recently lost pets suddenly and now my third is coping with a diagnosis of cancer in his wonderful dog Noni's left front leg. However, the docs say that amputation will halt the spread of the cancer for a good while, and Noni goes in on Thursday. The vets also say that she will recover and adapt quickly. Our extended family has had two other rescue dogs who'd lost legs and they lived long and happy lives. Fingers crossed. Dogs are noble creatures. They demand nothing, give everything and live in our hearts forever. I'm so sorry, man.
