Now you are. While you certainly didn't need anyone's authority to start a zoom chat here, I think it's a great idea. My only caution is that this requires members sharing personal email addresses and/or google account usernames with one another. You are protected with a certain anonymity when you log onto the CCF that doesn't exist on Zoom. But yeah, go for it! I don't think the members here have to give any info out. I talked to my brother yesterday and was able to just copy a link and send it, and I'm thinking to do what @bert said to do and just post the link on this thread Sunday. Yes, but when you follow the link, whatever account you use to sign in (google, facebook, etc) will provide your real name and email address or Facebook account info unless you know how to change the settings. Shhhhh. Don't let Gyrich hear you! |

^ I just use an email, and you can call yourself whatever you want.
I'd never sign into Zoom, or Discord, or Twitch with Facebook.. . takes 2 seconds to set up a "blank" account using a hotmail email, and whatever name you want. (tho hopefully most will use the screen name here)

to further clarify, folks. . you don't HAVE to have Zoom installed. when you click on the meeting link, the following should pop up:
you CAN install zoom client. .but DON'T. . instead just choose the option to join from your browser.
