I'm kidding for sure... I can barely crayon-by-number, much less paint anything other than a barn. God gave me a wee bit of musical and writing talent, but I came up with a total goose-egg in the visual fine arts department.

I remember you mentioning this procedure a little while back, so best wishes for a successful surgery and a speedy rehab/recovery. Enjoy the brief respite that the pain meds will afford. Pretty soon you'll be back in hard reality with the rest of us.

Sorry everyone, I think I have to cancel tonight’s meeting. And about two hours later, my surgery was canceled.  A skin irritation made the risk of infection too great. I was so disappointed because I waited for nearly a year for this operation. I saw a dermatologist today. So, hopefully, this will get me back in the operating room sooner than later. A huge thanks to everyone for the well wishes. |
