I've thought about incorporating a company called The Superb Owl and selling licenses to other companies so they could advertise that they were "the official {whatever} of the Superb Owl". And wait for the NFL to sue me. |

There's already tons of people selling merch with that phrase on it, so you might be a little late to the party to try to copyright or trademark it to be able to sell licenses to it. -M |
