 Just came across this Darwyn Cooke cover variant that I don't think I'd seen before. Fatale #15. It's on my short list of books to look for at shows. I almost pulled the trigger on one o ebay late last year, but it was a little more than I wanted to pay when shipping was added in. -M |

Here's the image for all to see... -M Thank you, you're a wizard For future reference, once you have the photo up on imgur, right click on it and select copy image address. Then here in the forum in your post click on the photo icon (the third one over in the last section of the toolbar) and a pop up window will appear, paste the image address in the image url box and click insert image in the pop up window and the image will be put in your post... -M |

Thank you, you're a wizard For future reference, once you have the photo up on imgur, right click on it and select copy image address. Then here in the forum in your post click on the photo icon (the third one over in the last section of the toolbar) and a pop up window will appear, paste the image address in the image url box and click insert image in the pop up window and the image will be put in your post... -M I tried and tried and it just didn'T work. Usually I'm able to after a couple tries but tonight it just didn't work.... anyway, thanks again! |

Did a quick scan through my mystery books with a female lead to see if anything popped. Given Michael Tree is almost never seen on the cover without her trademark black trench coat, it is not surprising that there is only one red dress on a Ms. Tree cover and it is Dominique Murrieta who is wearing it.  Over at The Maze Agency, Jen Mays does a little better: appearing in red dresses on four covers. (A few other covers have her wearing fuchsia, pink or orange, making me wonder if there might have been colouring errors).     |
