Has anyone here purchased the different genre books published by Titan that Simon & Kirby did (majority from the 1950s)?

Good collections, with quality reproduction and good packaging. Titan usually does a good job with the stuff they put out, unlike some of the American publishers. For the top dog, Marvel has had some really really crappy editions of some of their books, with bad binding, horrible recoloring and other flaws.

I'm looking for that one. The Super hero one and Boy's Ranch.

I'm looking for that one. The Super hero one and Boy's Ranch. This is from memory, as I let those books go before my last move. The first one, The Best of Simon & Kirby, had a sampling, a few complete stories and some original art pages. They had a couple of Fighting American stories and maybe a couple of others; but, it was more a history of their non-DC and Timely work. The Superhero book had all of the Fighting American stuff, Stuntman, Lancelot Strong, The Fly and The Vagabond Prince. I had never heard of the Vagabond Prince; but, they were pretty good stories. Stuntman is swashbuckling fun. Boys Ranch is worth it just for the stories, as Simon & Kirby did some great work on those. They were like a more mature version of their earlier "kid gang" stories, which were always good; but, these were a bit more developed.
