I just saw a post from Hoosier X and realized... most people change their avatars. Other than him and me, how many of you keep the avatar from when you signed up?

I am on my 4th Avatar since signing up in 2016. Changing it every so often (as in 2-3 years) when the mood strikes. My first two were comic book related while my last two have been 1950's B-movie western stars in recognition of my Western movie/TV/comic book love.

I'm still using the Dawnstar avatar I had when I signed up. Why mess with perfection? You, me, and spoon should form our own team, the Legion of Super-Posters, since we all have Legion avatars. This is just my second avatar, by the way, and I don't have any plans to change it. |

This is just my second avatar, by the way, and I don't have any plans to change it. Ultra Boy, Quislet and Dawnstar would make for an interesting grouping of Legionnaires... |

I used to change mine regularly to reflect where I was (and what was exciting me) in a given review thread I was working on, but I stumbled upon my current Jughead avatar one day while reading classic Life with Archie, and it just felt very me. I'm not saying I won't change it tomorrow, but it feels like home right now.

I've had mine from the time I signed up on CBR. I also use it for my personal and work Google accts, work Slack, and Instagram.
I change my FB pic 2 or 3 times a month, though I think I've only use a picture of myself a couple times.

I started out with an image from Howard Chaykin's Cody Starbuck portfolio; but, switched it last year after getting a shot of my cat looking over my shoulder. It looked too much like he was editing me that I had to use it.

I use some version of Thor as my image. Once MechaGodzilla created a gif of the movie version of Thor for me.

I got "grief" both times I tried to switch mine, so being a person of principle, I went back to the original.
