I kept my old one for a long time (from CBR), but not because I specifically wanted to keep it, but I didn't have the slightest clue what else to pick. Choosing online avatars or usernames is actually very difficult and unpleasant for me, and I worry about them a lot, so easier to leave it be.
Then again, it was time for a change, and while I don't really know what else to do, you can't go wrong with Captain America punching Hitler in the face.

I got "grief" both times I tried to switch mine, so being a person of principle, I went back to the original.
I'm so used to now, I'm starting to wonder how that Einstein character got away with stealing your look. I thought I'd taken my Shadow illustration from one of our contests here - favourite costume or character designs, something like that - but I can't find it in the archive section, so maybe it was in the CBR days. Didn't think I'd had it that long, though. |
