I've got a pool of potential couples. Some are earmarked for lower on the list. Some are earmarked for middling on the list. Some are earmarked for higher on the list. I think I have my choice for the first day we post set, but the rest will likely be decided the day of posting, and I will select form the pool as my mood strikes me on that day, depending which couple I am feeling more passionate about and whom I want to see get exposure.
So I can't state right now how many from what company or if I think others will post them or not. I won't know that until the final day of the event.

I had to throw aside Reggie Mantle in love with himself or his mirror. Was tempted to try working Rick Jones/Captain Mar-Vell joined at the nega bands into the top 12. Thought really long on interspecies love/hate for Tom and Jerry or Coyote and Roadrunner Sylvester/Tweety or Bugs and Elmer before deciding those were more about hunger/eating/meal choices. 😉 |

I've stopped attempting to predict which of my choices for the 12 Days will be unique, as past years have invariably resulted in choices I thought i was the only person to even know about showing up on multiple lists and others I thought were surefire locks for almost everyone's list being Robinson Crusoe on mine.

I'm not sure I'm gonna have time to participate this year. If so, it'll be the first time I've missed out on the Classic Comics Christmas since I first became part of this community some seventeen years ago.  I'm just so snowed under with gigs and other music work at the moment (which is a good thing really, of course): I don't have time to fart until the end of next week, at least! I haven't even had time to draw up my list of candidates yet, let alone think of anything meaningful to write about each one! Depending how things go, I might see if I'm able to join in on Thurs or Friday and play catch up, but we'll see. I will definitely be checking in at day's end to read all of your entries though, of course, whether I partake this year or not. |
