I believe foxley is referring to the fact that it in his neck of the woods it will be somewhere between 2:30 and 5:30 am on Monday morning... depending on what section of "down under" he lives in... but never let it be said that he's not "ahead" of the rest of us! |

I'll try to be there. I'm in the EST and don't have to work Sunday, so no obstacles that way. And I have a new webcam, so I'm hoping I won't have the audio problems I had last time I tried.
I wonder if it might be possible to try an additional Zoom (or whatever) session for members in different time zones around the world? I understand most likely it would be hard to find one that would suit everyone that can't make the Sunday, but maybe worth looking into, even if only to confirm its unfeasibility?

We chose 1:30 EST partially because it was when Bruce's closest friends could make it, and partially because it should work for MOST time zones. But if folks in Asia and Australia would like to do a second session, go to it. |

I'm hoping this old man can figure out Zoom on an iPhone myself. I started an account but I have never used the service before and neither have my boys on an iPhone and that's the only device that is available to me. So bear with me. I will try to log on early in case there is anything I need to figure out before we get started.
Edit: Also at this point I am open all day Sunday too if the time needs to change.

I'm pretty wide open this weekend as well, so I'm not opposed to this... however, if we're going to do it for those folks 8-12 hours away, then we would need to do it sometime Saturday night (Eastern time) which might actually work out better all the way around. For example, if we did the Zoom at 6pm EST on Saturday, then it would be roughly 11pm-1am in UK and Europe, and 5-7am Sunday morning in Australia. There's no perfect time frame for all, but that might be more do-able to include international members.

Just to be clear, the day and time for the wake has NOT changed, but a second zoom meeting for folks in Australia and Asia is being considered too.
