This is the show I never knew I needed...it's just so friggan funny. I never liked John Cena until Suicide Squad but even then I was skeptical a show could work but I was wrong. Everything from the one liners, the action to the sound track is just amazingly fun. If you haven't seen this yet you need to.

Yeah, watched the first ep and it was pretty fun. Watched The Suicide Squad last week and enjoyed that too. Both are crazy violent, and like almost every DC movie/TV, darkly cynical, but it works for these characters

It just feels like a zainy tone to me, I don't get cynical at all.

For me it's just the overall feeling that life is so cheap. Tons of people die and are killed with an "oh well" shrug. In contrast to, for the most part, Marvel's approach to death

Just got through watching the whole series last night. I really liked it. Yes, it's often ridiculously violent/bloody, but damn, it's so funny, too.
Also had some really good - even touching at times - character moments.
