This seems off to me. Perhaps for overseas viewers the Netflix Marvel shows will be on Disney+, but I have a hard time believing Disney would send those shows to Disney+ over Hulu. Apart from the violence being way more graphic than Disney's usual dare, I remember each of the shows having at least one or two sex scenes that made the one from Eternals look pretty tame. It got pretty dark thematically too, with issues like human trafficking and sexual assault being key parts of the plot. That article sounds like it needs a fact check.

Well Disney+ Canada has announced the Netflix shows will be arriving on Disney+ mid-March. However, there has been word if or when the shows will hit Disney+ in the U.S.

However, there has been word if or when the shows will hit Disney+ in the U.S. -M I'm thinking they'll be on Hulu here in the US They just announced they are all coming to Disney + in the US on March 16, along with a new set of parental controls on the platform that parents can use to bar access from certain content. Agreed, I was a bit surprised that they decided to host them on Disney+ rather than Hulu. I guess it makes sense that they'd want to keep all their MCU content in once place. And I suppose the argument can be made that with Star Wars and MCU taking Disney firmly into PG-13 territory, the TV-MA content was a matter of "when" vs. "if".

They have also had a lot of success with little pushback having more adult content on Disney+ in Canada since I think it is Starz or one of those services that hosts content on D+ north of the border. With several of these characters rumored to be a part of the MCU moving forward, they may see it as a way to drive more subscriptions to the platform, which is after all, how they make their money with it. A full subs worth of revenue from a D+ sub is better than a portion of the sub revenue form a Hulu sub.

Yeah, here in Canada on Disney + the extra section is called Star and includes R rated movies, including the Deadpool movies, plus stuff like the Fox cartoon shows
