My browser is blocking the site. I can get the forum list, but then it blocks the thread. I have to link multiple times before it goes to the thread. And it happens to pages within the threads. It might be some not kosher ads and trackers on this site. Anyone else having this?

Once in a while for me, BitDefender will throw up a notification that something sketchy has been blocked here, but I've never had a problem using or viewing the forum as a result. So maybe it is an ad. Or maybe you've dissed Stan too many times and the forum software has had enough.  |

First thing I'd do for problem such as this would be to make sure my browser is running the most up-to-date version and also scan my pc for malware. Should probably do both about once a month, at least

It seems this is the problem that prevents my browser from connecting to a thread.
Because of the following filter:

Found in: Peter Lowe’s Ad and tracking server list
I am not happy that to use this thread I have to allow my private data and web behavior to be traced.
Is there any way to remove this ad? Or is it from the main platform?
I would rather not have to delete cookies every single time I visit.

Or is it from the main platform? I would rather not have to delete cookies every single time I visit. There's a report ad button that's nearly invisible on the bottom of the screen under the ads. Have you reported the ad to Proboards (all ads are under their purview). If you click it, it will ask you which ad and what the issue is. -M |

Thanks. I haven't seen the Peter Lowe ad, just the message that it is loading trackers. But I will look for it.
