I'm not sure where to even start with this one. It's style seems halfway between a realistic attempt to depict a ghostly or energy creature an a cartoonish one, so I am not sure if I should look for horror anthology books, Scooby Doo covers, or something else entirely. It has a bit of a look of an Oni to it, but beyond that I am a bit lost for a starting point and was thinking I might need to see a clue or seventy before I even have a chance at this one.

So that leaves a bunch of horror anthologies and a bunch of Scooby Doo comics to go through...gee thanks -M

Frankly, it's neither of those.

Would giving the hint of the cover price be giving us too much info ??

So it's not THAT odd a price. Somehow, I did not remember that price level from the 90s.

When I first saw the image I originally thought of the China Town Show Down Green Lantern issue, but when I looked it up the dragon there was slightly different: Still, no real loss for me as this was a fun issue and I'm going to try and track it down!

Hint: DC probably gave that book's concept one more shot than it deserved.

Ugh, I know I have seen that image before but I can't place it. It's driving me nuts because I think it's a cover I owned at one point but can't put my brain finger on what it was.

I spent a good deal of time fixating on the Dragonmage character from the Legion, since the dragon reminded me of his schtick. No help.

I have an Atlantis Chronicles vibe. Gotta check it out.
Nope. Right green, but no dragon head thingie. Except now I want to read those books again!
