I don't know why, but I find the "And introducing Kevin Bacon" bit at the end so funny...

That looks terrible. I want to watch it twice.
(Bonus points to anyone who gets that reference without Googling it).

I don't get the reference but I agree, it looks terrible. Maybe it's another case of the trailer giving a misleading impression of the movie but it jarred on me all the way through. I've enjoyed the humour in the Guardians movies up to now and have found most of the jokes funny but for whatever reason this time round everything fell flat for me.

Today, I shipped out some packages for a woman, whose nephews are named Rocket and Yondu. When she gave me the name Rocket, I just thought it was another strange name; but, as soon as she started spelling out Yondu, I asked if the parents were Guardians of the Galaxy fans. She had never seen the movie, at first. I told her I went back to the original comics.

Son #1 warned me against it.
Anyone shares that opinion?

Son #1 warned me against it. Anyone shares that opinion? It’s slight story-wise, bu there are some legitimate laughs, as well as a couple of pieces of information dropped that will likely be necessary to understand what is going on in GotG3. I watched it once. I have scant desire to do so again until next Christmas.

Son #1 warned me against it. Anyone shares that opinion? I thought it was cute for what it is. #1 son may be too young to appreciate it as a parody of 70s and 80s holiday specials. And The Old 97s rock in it.

I love the TV movie vibe. I had mixed feelings about the second film but this looks funny.

I love the TV movie vibe. I had mixed feelings about the second film but this looks funny. It was pretty funny, I loved the song about the intergalactic view of Santa at the beginning, might be one of my new favorite christmas songs.

I can’t remember when I last laughed so loud. And at 42 minutes, it just flew by.
The cost of my Disney+ subscription (I pay monthly) was justified by this alone. Value for money.

Finally watched it. Starboard has a sibling was a weird thing to introduce in a TV special. It was okay, I'm not sure if I laughed but I always enjoy seeing Rocket Raccoon.
