You folks made me want to read Under Siege after all these years, and I'm surprised to see how expensive all the collections are! Looks like the story arc's popularity is perennial, making it a true classic. I wasn't a big fan of the Buscema/Palmer team myself, but numbers don't lie!McDonalds has entered the chat.

Thanks for doing this again for us, Kurt. Was really fun, as always, and a highlight of the Christmas season.

Thank you Kurt, as always. Your hard work in putting this together is always appreciated in making this the most anticipated event on the boards.

Great job again, Kurt. I didn't participate this year because I couldn't think of twelve favourites in this category, but I enjoyed reading through all the threads.

I really want DC and Marvel to do a Suicide Squad VS Sinister Six comic! Hmm. Seems like a more logical x-over battle would be the Suicide Squad and the Thunderbolts.

Logical, yes, but logical crossovers/battles can be predictable. There have been times in my life, while discussing such things, when a comic fan might come up with an idea such as Aquaman/Namor or Hawkeye/Green Arrow. I understand why, but opposites attract and contrast is fun for me.
If I was editor tasked with suggesting a Marvel/DC crossover, while Aquaman/Namor, or Hawkeye/Green Arrow, might be the most logical (and profitable), something different would appeal to me more, e.g. Green Arrow/Ghost Rider, or the aforementioned Suicide Squad VS Sinister Six.

Yes! And the two heroes should fight when they first meet, soon realize they’ve misjudged each other’s motives, shake hands and defeat their common enemy, and then go their own ways promising to work together again. Or not.

My #1 woulda been the second Circus of Crime (Iron Mask, Doctor Danger, and the Fat Man) from Kid Colt Outlaw.

My #1 woulda been the second Circus of Crime (Iron Mask, Doctor Danger, and the Fat Man) from Kid Colt Outlaw. Technically, that was the third CoC. The Lee/Kirby version was actually a denazified update of the Simon & Kirby characters from their run of Captain America Comics.
