I'm not a fan of giving too much information away on the web, but I must admit I'm always curious what your faces look like when I speak to you guys.

So, a few ground rules for doing this in order to keep things safe and civil.

1. Post no other information about yourself, especially not your full name next to your picture. Be aware of anything else present in the picture you're providing that may or may not give a perfect stranger too much information about you.

2. Absolutely no commenting on others' physical appearances beyond a harmless "nice smile," or "you look like you're having fun there." Comments about one's physical appearance can easily be taken the wrong way, regardless of intention. I especially worry when it comes to men commenting on women's photos. Please keep in mind that comments intended to be complimentary can easily come off as offensive or make someone uncomfortable. I WILL lock this thread if this advice is ignored.

Remember that the purpose is to see the faces behind the avatars as a means of getting to know one another better
