So for the first half of 2023... Nightwing is still good but has slipped a little. Superman has been great. World's Finest is probably the best title on the stands. And Shazam is amazing so far. Moon Knight has remained great and I love Dr Strange.

Splitting up per publisher:
Image: Saga, Department of Truth and whatever the Sejics publish (Sunstone, Fine Print, Punderworld etc.)
Marvel: X-Men Red and Immortal X-Men (though I'm kinda dreading where Fall of X is going to take this series as I'm especially enjoying X-Men Red), Moon Knight as well and I'm a bit unsure on Miracleman's current state. Upcoming: I might be getting Nightcrawler as Spider-Man later this year (even though I don't really care for Spider-Man), but will get it in trade, because Spurrier's previous two mini-series both had issues with pull lists by renaming releasing the final issue as a oneshot under a different name, which was super annoying. Also interested in the new Hickman thing.
DC: Nightwing (though I'm not quite as invested as some here and I'm not getting Titans) and Nice House on the Lake.
So all in all, not getting a lot anymore compared to a few months/years ago. Several of the above are mini's or ongoings that will probably wrap up soon. Others are on a coming out whenever they come out (Anything on Dark Horse with Grendel or Empowered, anything on Image by Brubaker/Phillips, anything Sejic, I might get some of Tynion's Boom work, but it's hard to get over here.)

Stuff I'm enjoying: Marvel: Moon Knight - I highly recommend McKay's run, which apparently is ending next month. It'll probably be 4 trades? maybe on big epic sized volume. Iron Man - This current run by Duggan might be ok, but tying him into X-Men is odd, not sure it works. Way better than Cantwell at least. Nightcrawler/Legion - I agree with Dizzy, it's super annoying to follow Spurrier around all the name changes and one shots, but it's a really interesting story. Whatever he does after however they break the X-Men with Fall of X I'll check out. Avengers Beyond - This is another one.. it started with 'All Out Avengers' and now is 'Avengers Beyond'. I really dislike Aaron's crazy time travel nonsense, so this is better. DC: Nightwing/Titans - I'm still highly amused.. definitely in for the duration Action Comics - I really liked the Warworld arc, but it seems to be petering out some. I'm not sure I'll keep going, might just get Steelworks, we'll see. Other Guys: Animal Castle (Ablaze): A re-imagining/sequel to Animal Farm.. the first series was excellent and the 2nd is starting out just great too. Travelling to Mars (Ablaze): You can't really go wrong with Mark russell Black Cloak (Image): I bit of mystery in a fantasy setting with alot going on.. I'm enjoying it month to month, and suspect it'll be even better as a trade. Dahlia in the Dark (Mad Cave): Sort of Noir/Fantasy. A pack mule type guy for a crime syndicate gets mixed up in a fairy princess running away from her kingdom Usagi/TMNT: Elsewhen (Dark Horse): No one here needs to know about Usagi Hunt.Kill.repeat (Mad Cave): Greek God drama... Artemis fighting against the rest to avenge her human husband.. seems she might have a child somewhere too. I love a good mythology twist.

I don't read/collect a whole bunch but what I'm enjoying in 2023:
DC- - World's Finest. Proof that Waid is DC's best writer, year in and year out. It's so much fun. - Shazam. Two issues in and Waid brings back Ordway-era with a modern take on the Captain. Also Dan Mora brilliant - Scooby Doo/Batman Adventures. Best Bat title on the market. - Danger Street. While I find a majority of King's work to be utter drek, his non-Batman Black Label series are really good. - Human Target. See Danger Street
Marvel- - She Hulk. I still enjoy it. Feels of a Slott/Bryne hybrid take on Jen. While the Jack of Hearts storyline is meandering but its a fun lighthearted book. Punisher. Jason Aaron and Jesus Saiz created a super violent but poignant take on Frank Castle. Beautifully drawn and a super dark tale. - The Wasp. Al Ewing is Marvel's most consistent writer. His take on the Wasp legacy was fun, like his Ant-Man mini last year. Always look forward to what he brings.
Image/Others - Love & Rockets. Naturally I'd put this on here. It's the greatest comic book of all time. Los Bros Hernandez can't do no wrong. - Hey Kids! Comics!. Howard Chaykin's history of comics is a must read and own. It's brilliant satire, filled with tons of true stories and antidotes. Only the names have been changed to protect the innocent. - Too Dead to Die. A fun one-shot by Guggenheim and Chaykin. Retired spy goes back into action. Hilarious and action packed. Optioned to be a film - Painkiller Jane. Jimmy Palmiott's Kickstarters are a must for me. I've known Jimmy for over 20 years and is one of the nicest people in comics. His books are always top quality; talent is top notch on them. And they are stories I want to read. A little more risque than the mainstream but they're worth it.
