Not sure, either. Dunno how accurate the Wikipedia entry for her is, but it says that "in 1959, when the industry had picked up again to during the period fans and historians call the Silver Age of comic books, Severin again worked for Marvel Comics in production." Whether she remained there continuously after that, I have no idea.
My own vague recollection, though, is closer to Cei-U!'s. My copy of TwoMorrows' book on her is at home.
