I may or may not take it out of the slab. I don't know yet. Probably not. Nah, don't. It's okay as it is. A nice addition, that's a lovely ASM, well done. Thanks. I will. 😃

In the mail today I got Uncanny X Men #245 off of Amazon last week.
Good funny issue with some weird action. It'll be awhile before I start reading the 1980s x Men stuff since I'm busy reading the Essential Classic X Men volumes 2 and 3 right now

Though it's not really a bad issue.

It's still a fun issue but a bit goofy especially the weird aliens in it. Plus Collosus in the issue good Lord he's humongous like the Hulk both in human form and when he turns his body into Collosus form.

I doubt I'll come out with as many good things as you did, but I'm hopeful I'll get some nice things.

Got the pics from yesterday's Half Price Book haul uploaded...(pardon the Scooby gang lurking in the pics background, they were on the shelf behind where I was staging the pics) works of Terry Moore & Jeff Smith: the vintage paperbacks...the Red Sonja turned out to be a duplicate (I needed book 6, not 5, so anyone interested in it, drop me a PM) the Bronze age stuff... the DNAgents... Heavy Metal and Epic Illustrated issues... Battlestar Galactica and the Black Hole...ahhh childhood sci-fi... Rook and a DC GN... Merlin, Kull and Conan-the Conan issue is a reader copy of that issue, my original from childhood is signed by Chaykin (from when he was at Gem City a few years back) and framed, so I picked up a cheap copy to make reading easier) Eisner & Brubaker... and last, but never least...Frazetta! -M

Just placed my first order with InStockTrades.com in ages and ages but I had to take advantage of their year-end clearance sale. I picked up Essential Rawhide Kid, Vol. 1; Showcase Presents Rip Hunter, Vol. 1, Sea Devils, Vol. 1, and Wonder Woman, Vol. 2 (I have #1 and 3-4 already); and Crisis On Multiple Earths: The Team-Ups, Vol. 1. It came to #50.55 so shipping is free. Sort of my belated Christmas present to myself.
Cei-U! I summon all that Russ Heath and Bill Ely goodness!

Oh, I'm spoiling myself with lots of eBay activity in the waning moments of 2016. It's mostly to fill holes in my more recent comic collections and a few bronze age books , too.
