Let me start out by asserting that they're all horrible - every single one of them. There's little that I find more depressing than the annual parade of unending saccharine christmas pap on heavy rotation in every shop. I have been known to get a little tired of the Christmas season by the time Dec. 25 rolls around. (As far as I'm concerned, any "War on Christmas" that there might be is a purely defensive one.)
But I've always loved this one:

Marvin Gaye - I Want to Come Home for Christmas
A largely (and unfairly) forgotten song from the What's Going On era, when Gaye had made huge steps forward as an artist and was finally much, much more than just a pretty Motown boy. The Vietnam War song about a POW wasn't even released by Motown until years later.

Nothing beats Silent Night bring performed live at midnight mass.
Popular music-wise though, I'll take Happy Christmas/War is Over by John Lennon.
