There were very few people who personified the Bronze Age more than Len Wein.

I used to own that series, but I got rid of it in the end. I don't remember much about it, but I remember it being solid enough when I read it. A good story, indeed. I really like the Inhumans universe - and I hope I won't get rid of it too soon 😊 I was never a big fan of the covers to this series. But...it is a great, great series between those covers. Nice haul.

Marvel - The Defenders 48-51. I've owned 4 separate copies of these over the years.
DC - Weird War Tales. Can't remember for the life of me which one.

Just bought the first 27 issues of Batman and the Outsiders for a song. Though I'm not a huge fan of Batman, I am a big fan of team books and have never read this series. Looking forward to the next rainy day.

Yes. Loads of reprints mostly but I remember GS Hulk being the only affordable way to get Hulk Annual 1. Of course without the same sweet cover.
The funniest of the Giant Sizes was Marvel Triple Action. I'm not sure but I think the Daredevil story in that was a reprint of a reprint.

To me, the cover just screams everything that Marvel was in the Silver Age.
All the blurbs," King Sized Special!", "Not a single reprint!", "BONUS!" and so on. Amazing that they were able to get the number and the comic code in there somewhere!
The stories are fantastic too. This one ticks all the boxes for me.

Nothing really stands out to me here. Marvel Two in One does a bit but I get the feeling it will feature The Thing and ...everyone who has a book on this list. I can see Deadpool showing several times before it hits #12.
Still no Fantastic Four...ugh.
