well at that time december 1996 to 1997 thats when I was growing out of comic books and Wizard Magazine since I was a high school getting ready for college in 1998. At the time like that, us 1980s kids being teenagers in the mid late 1998s we pretty much had a choice to get rid of our old childhood stuff.
But once in awhile i did keep up a little on comics by still buying Wizard Magazine once in awhile back in 1997 and then I was done.
Was Code of Honor any good?

all of what I have for old back issues of comics and new comics i keep them a certain way in a couple of long boxes and short boxes
i have one comic book long box that i store old Uncanny X-men in it along with what I have for 1990s X-Factor, X Force, Cable and Jim Lee X-Men and Wolverine series plus with some Essential trades for Wolverine and the first couple issues of old X-Factor.
then the other long box is crammed with bunch of Marvel stuff from old Alpha Flight, Alf, Conan, What If, Spider-Man, Nightstalkers, Ghost Rider, Sleepwalker.
then two short boxes where in one short box i put old Wizard Magazine issues in it along with back issues of whatever ive bought from the comic book shop such as Dark Horse's old Star Wars stuff and old NOW Comics series of Ghostbusters and Fright Night.
then the other short box is where i keep the main current stuff such as Snotgirl, Gideon Falls, Regression, Return of Wolverine, Mighty Thor run here and there up to issue 700, Walking Dead, Power of the Dark Crystal etc.

Back in either December 1996 or January 1997 there was a 4 issue limited series called Code of Honor. it was about a cop doing his job in the Marvel Universe and he was experiencing his meetings with Daredevil, Iceman, Spider-Man, and whoever else.
It was sort of like Marvels i guess. But in the eyes of a cop.
I didnt even know about Code of Honor back then since i was being busy with my Sophomore year in high school at the time.

Going to look through them checking out the old classic NOW Comics artwork. Then ill be reading them tonight or tomorrow
I miss the good old days of NOW Comics where Ghostbusters, Fright Night, Terminator and Speed Racer were popular titles from NOW Comics back then in the mid 1980s

Well i disagree a little bit as to what you said. Not every hyped up event sells. Cant remember what Marvel had going on the time while DC had Crisis at Hand, Panic in the Sky and Death of Superman.
As for Marvel with single story arcs that were in just one issue or a two parter, i prefer stuff like Spider-Man's Something About a Gun more than the the stupid Kraven Last Hunt from back in the day.
My opinion. Just saying.
yeah I still enjoy Death of Superman but right before that, i still prefer the smaller stuff such as Crisis at Hand and whatever else

I always buy one story arc back issues whenever I go to the comic book shop when I have the gas money and the money to spend at the comic book shop.
stuff that happened in Action Comics,Adventures of Superman, Man of Steel or just Superman in general. stuff like a flashback drunk driving story where Clark and Lana were in high school, or the Crisis at Hand two parter and a few things here and there right before Death of Superman.
In my opinion, there was alot of deep personal story arc stuff that popped up right before Death Of Superman came along
Thats the kind of stuff I wish would pop up more often in not just DC comics today but also in Marvel

also last night i binge read issues 49 to 55 of IDW's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Does the comic still stay good to read or does it start getting boring later on?

I read Hunt For Wolverine: Dead Ends earlier today. Not bad but the story was short. guess all the good action was in Madripoor and Adamantium Agenda anyway

For me, with certain types of movies that Svengoolie has been showing, reminds me of Commander USA from USA Network back in the mid 1980s

Even though Betty Brant gets on my nerves where she internally freaks out over Peter because of what happened to her brother or her ex fiance, shes not that bad where she calms down in some issues. That and the silly thing going on between Peter and Ned Leeds.
