What does that have to do with my height?
Why do workers even bother putting old back issues that damn high on the walls?
Comic book shop workers expect short people to try to tippy toe a little bit to try to reach up that high?

One thing I still can't stand when I go to a comic book shop is that there's a row old old back issues high on the wall.
I'm 5'5 and I hate it when there's like a row of old back issues of old Uncanny X Men that's racked up really high on the damn wall.
Am I just supposed to go get powers and float in the air or something? Lol

You did good buying the Essential Captain America trades. I wouldn't mind buying a couple off of amazon or at a comic shop but I'm still focusing on the original uncanny x men and the Wolverine volume 2 1990s stuff at the moment

In the old original Uncanny X Men comic book, when did Wolverine get really violent? Just wondering since ever since the 1990s Wolverine comic book, he got a bit violent etc.

Well she's still a vampire from I've read on comic previews etc.
No thanks. I'll just stick with catching up on old back issues from the 1980s and 1990s

New comic books these days I'm just not into. My . Favorite x men are now stupid vampires or dead or joined up with newer version of Avengers etc.
Plus the constant reboot series every month or so disgusts me

Hi I'm 35 and pretty much an old timer comic book reader. Haven't bought a comic book since 1996. Last stuff I was into were Clone Saga, Onslaught, Heroes Reborn, Spawn 32, buying old back issues of Power pack and alpha flight my two favorites when I was a kid in the early 1980s.

Recently weeks ago this month since Im an old timer comic book reader where I was a teenager in the mid 1990s and i was a little kid in the early 1980s
I prefer the old classic X-men and Power Pack etc.
Recently bought the Essential black and white trade paperbacks for Classic X-Men Volume 2, Essential X-Men volume 4 and Volumes 6 and 7 for the 1990s Wolverine Volume 2 series.
I missed out on everything that went on in Wolverine back then after issue 100. and I do mean alot of the stuff that i missed out on in X-Men, Generation X, Wolverine etc

Hi new member here.
Im 35 years old and last time I bought a comic book was back in the fall season of 1996. Stuff I was into reading back then were the X-Men Onslaught stuff, the Clone Saga story, Heroes Reborn which I liked and whatever went on in Spawn issues of 32 to 33. Still have my old comics ive bought during the mid 1990s.
Thing is Im still stuck in 1980s and 1990s mode where I still prefer the old stuff even whatever went on in the rest of 1996, 1997 and 1998.
I missed out on alot of stuff back then. I was just too busy with high school at the time being a Junior and Senior back then. 1998 was my last year high school. Senior year an important year for everyone back then in 1998.
The newer stuff in comic books these days Im just not impressed and disgusted at how Marvel has treated Jubilee turning her into a damn vampire
