Rare Audrey Hepburn in JeansVery rare photo of her in the late 40's and one of my personal favorites Beautiful photo. I find relatively casual shots like this are often much more evocative than the posed glamour shots with full make-up, etc, many of which look kind of bizarre. Does anyone recognise the skyline in the background? I would have guessed NYC but as far as I can tell from wiki she was living and working in London in the late 40s, and didn't go to the States until the early 50s when she played Gigi on Broadway.

Lovely Linda Darnell Painting - Just GorgeousPhoto taken in the year 1944 at home painting; this picture was taken 4 years after her Mark of Zorro movie with Tyrone Powers. This is got to be the most loveliest picture of her that I ever gotten. I got this from a dear friend of mine that acquired additional copies and gave them to me for nothing.

Erin Gray of Buck Rogers FameWith Gil Gerald who played Buck Rogers. Erin Gray played Colonel Wilma Deering. It was a fun show that lasted only two seasons altogether. I was slightly disappointed when it was taken off the air after two seasons. I have over 30 photos of Erin Gray and I will be showing them from time to time. Enjoy these photos of Erin Gray. Tomorrow, more Marx Brothers Madness!

Hi Berk, I think the reference here to the "late '40s" may be a reference to Audrey's age and not to the 1940s. She was still in Holland for most of the 1940s/during the war years until she went to London in the late 1940s, as you noted, to study ballet and dance in earnest. I've seen this photo attributed as being from 1967 (Audrey would have been 38 years old, and not in her "late '40s!" ) and New York City. It seems to have been taken during the filming of her 1967 film Wait Until Dark.

Yeah, the hairstyle alone should have given it away.
