Cast of Mr. RobertsLeft to Right. Jack Lemmon, James Cagney, Henry Fonda, and William Powell. One of my favorite comedies of all times and I watch it faithfully when TCM airs it. I just loved the movie and the Palm Tree, The Crazy Antics over the Laundry Facilities, and the Lovely Nurses that came with it. A delightful movie and I consider it one of the best. Enjoy this photo of the four of the greatest male stars ever. You've just can't beat them.

Ever Lovely Veronica LakeOne of the great film noir actresses in the 40's and considered one of the top stars of her generations. A sultry, dramatic actress that captivates the Silver Screen with a Style that considered one of the best - her resume is impressive and one of my favorites as well. Enjoy these photos ...

Audrey TotterAnother quintessential ladies of Film Noir. The Postman Always Rings Twice, Lady in the Lake, The Unsuspected and a personal favorite, The Set-Up. She was one of those tough-talking dames that had a heart of gold. She had a somewhat thankless job having to literally "play to the camera" through a big chunk of :ady in the Lake.

OMG. Thank you!!! They both look succulent. Disclosure: I haven't actually ever seen this film. I guess because Hayworth was prominent in 1940s Hollywood, and Granger started appearing in US movies in the 1950s, I mistakenly assumed she'd be past her physical prime in this film and that he was the boy toy--but she looks gorgeous (and is actually a few years younger than Granger). They look great together.

I've seen Gilda and I've seen The Lady from Shanghai, and they are both great movies that show just how awesome Classic Hollywood is.
But my favorite Rita Hayworth movie is Salome. I would LOVE to see it again.
