This would be the first comic where a Superman appearance made me pick up a new title.  GAHHHHH!! the art director in me is absolutely cringing and horrified at that crooked paste up job at the top of the comic  It probably is a bad paste up, but possibly just a badly trimmed cover? |

This would be the first comic where a Superman appearance made me pick up a new title. I honestly don't know why Supes is jumping to the conclusion that BL has killed Jimmy. Clearly he's just trying to get that butt-ugly jacket off of him. He's doing Jimmy a favor. |

Clearly he's just trying to get that butt-ugly jacket off of him. He's doing Jimmy a favor. You'd think with all those God-like Supermany powers he'd already know if Jimmy is alive or dead. Superman isn't very bright. |

Do you think Superman is the type to be more outraged by the Vince Colletta inks on the Von Eeden pencils?

The best part about the Countdown series a few years back was the promotional button they gave away that said "Jimmy Olsen Must Die". |

No, I've always liked Jimmy. Then again, I like Snapper Carr too. I never watched Seinfeld, so I have no idea why people would want to beat up George Costanza. |

The subject of this week, really got me to thinking about crossovers. I am not a Superman reader, so most anything I have of his is crossovers (or Elsewords), which got me to wondering, whose really selling the comic in these instances? Superman/Aliens series? I bought it for Aliens. Superman/Batman? Batman. Superman vs Predator? Predator ... etc. So personally I may not have a candidate for this week. But it just got me wondering in some of these crossover cases, how many sold for Superman and how many sold for the other character? Just thinking out loud.
