Slam Bradley. Normally, I try to divorce each cover from its context and vote solely on what I find to be its artistic merit, but in this case, I just can't. That Veitch ST issue if one of my favorite Superman stories of all time. Between Superman protecting Luthor again and again from Swampy, Luthor being a total creep to his secretary, and Chester Williams calling Superman "the ultimate narc" then being completely won over when he flies in, everything about this issue is fantastic. I've always wished that Rick got a chance to write and ilustrate a Super-book, Maximortal notwithstanding (which was more about the Superman archetype anyway). The idea in his Question mini that all organized crime in Metropolis was doing their business in restrooms because Superman would never spy on you in there is probably the most brilliant Superman idea of the past fifteen years.
