Algeria (or Argelia as it's called in the Spanish-speaking world) scored again, so they go into half-time 3-0 over South Korea.

South Korea is fighting back with a goal early in the second half. Algeria still leads, 3-1.

World Cup: Algeria just scored twice in two minutes against South Korea. North Korea should have been playing instead, especially since everyone know soccer was created there.

As far as this sports corruption discussion goes, I keep thinking of the way America's professional sports team owners get the city to pay for and build the stadium. Because professional sports doesn't bring in enough cash, and city governments don't have anything else to spend money on. (At least consider it an investment and make the citizens part-owners of the team.)

World Cup: Algeria just scored twice in two minutes against South Korea. North Korea should have been playing instead, especially since everyone know soccer was created there. That movie is hi-larious! I hardly ever run into anybody who's seen it.
Other good soccer movies: Ladybugs, Bend It Like Beckham, Offside (This is a 2006 Iranian film that is highly recommended.)
