Don't drop out, MechGodzilla! Justice League is one of the best titles for this contest! For the JLA, the transition from Silver Age to Bronze is one of the more interesting periods. I had one of the Showcase volumes for the JLA that covered 1970 to 1971 and it kind of boggled my mind how weird they were. You could pick any JLA issue at random from 1969 to 1971 and it would be perfect for this contest. I just been busy of lately and I'm getting kind of frustrated of the rules of how people write up and this contest has been very difficult for me to find the right cover. To me it's a grey area and I did not read much comics at the start of the Bronze Age and will not be voting for this contest. I guess that I have to wait until the next one and hope someone will pick a COVER CONTEST that's applied to me. I'M NOT VOTING THIS TIME AROUND

No need to bold font your protest. The OP was well-meaning and has done his best to be inclusive. Let's keep things fun, folks.

Don't worry, MechaGodzilla, you apparently weren't the only one who didn't understand the theme, otherwise I'd have 15 votes already! I really wouldn't worry so much about it, man. Part of the fun is seeing how people interpret the theme.

Hey Scott... guess what? I thought you nailed it as far as understanding the theme. Unfortunately, so did MW Gallaher, so I hope you will forgive me if I vote for him this time around.

Some creative spelling in the votes this week:
With or without the vote for MM Gallaher, MWGallagher is our winner.
