Checked in at 187.6. It's been a month since I've seen 187.
7 more pounds to go for my first goal.

Day 12: 177.2, 196 miles (to yesterday). Ahead on the bike, not quite on target for the weight loss, having lost a massive 0.8 pounds, though it is now (slowly) coming down.
Admittedly, that was only ever a stretch target, but I was rather hoping to hit more than 1/7 of it!
EDIT: Finally got the number straight - after 2 years of converting from stones to pounds, you'd think it would be automatic by now

got on scale, I'm 190, exactly.
so gained 15lbs since my lowest weight ~ 1 1/2 years ago.
yeah.. eating crappy, and not exercising as I should be, and can't get out of this funk.
is what it is tho.
still down 55lbs from my heaviest, so there's that.

got on scale, I'm 190, exactly. so gained 15lbs since my lowest weight ~ 1 1/2 years ago. yeah.. eating crappy, and not exercising as I should be, and can't get out of this funk. is what it is tho. still down 55lbs from my heaviest, so there's that. It's still a great achievement. I'm happy that I'm staying under 200. I'm at 188 right now.

I'm still at 247 and I just had breakfast with my Coach and he informed me that one of his assistants (he has 2 assistant coaches) and asked me and got the team blessing to be a Player-Assistant Coach for the remaining of the season that we have 3 games left and playoffs that should be done by Thanksgiving. I accept the job and now coaching the offense and the other assistant takes care of the defense.
Games this Friday and Monday will be a double-header. Playoffs starts next Wednesday.

Weighed myself yesterday and was back under 230 (229.5) after having gotten back from Disney/Universal pushing 235.
Really need to find a gym or outlet for exercise during the winter, then next spring, I'm finally buying a bike so my entire family can start riding together on the new trails by our house.

Friday I was 190 , this morning I'm 193. I seriously overdid it this weekend off from work. I want to be under 190 for December 1st, so I'm going to Do intermittent fasting .IF is not a diet but a eating schedule where you don't eat either 12 or 16 hours in a row and eat in a 8 hour window . My plan is eat my first meal at 10 am and the last before 6pm.

Day 22: 179.4, 346 miles on the bike. So far, I am minus 1.4 pounds into my 7 pounds target (that's 1.4 pounds in the wrong direction, not 1.4 down!). Bike's going great, but not keeping anywhere near my calorie limit on some days

I yo-yoed up and down since friday from 190 to 194 to 190 today. It just shows that most of the "weight Gain" is just hormonal reaction to fake food.

Day 23: 176.4, 370 miles. 3 whole pounds down on the previous day. Day 24: 179.6 - back up 3 pounds. Crazy

Won our first playoff game - 8 to 4 - Scored 1 goal and assisted on 2 goals in the 1st Half Only. Didn't play the 2nd half because league rules that a Player Coach can play one half of a game. My backup is just a good as me and he scored 2 goals and assisted on the other in the 2nd Half and my weight is still at 247.

I woke up today at 188.2. It's my short term goal to stay under 190 and this makes 2 days that I've realized that goal. It has been 168 days since I've been 199 or under. At this time last year I was over 200 to stay and eventually went up to 217.8 , which is where this present journey started. If I could stay under 190 for the entire holiday season, it would be fantastic. All that being said, today is Thanksgiving and I want to wish everyone here a happy one.
