In the past I have exercised almost every day for months and lost no weight or very little weight. And there have been times that I didn't exercise but cut sugar and the bread and lost lots of weight. What you eat is 99% of changing you're body. I wished I was in your boat sir!

My boat has holes, because I slip like everyone else and eat whatever.

haven't really weighed myself since I got back last Sat from my 2 week rollercoaster trip. I injured my quad muscles, so been on bed rest for the most part, so no exercise at all since I got back. and although did eat Theme Park food, the amount of walking we did (those with fit bits showed we did over 12 miles a day, and up to 17 miles at some parks) SHOULD have evened most of that out.
still. . .I have a feeling I might have gained. this might be to blame (but it was soooo good)

This morning I lifted weights for the first time in over 8 months. Assorted injuries and apathy have prevented me from getting back into the fight. I plan on starting my eating plan over again Monday.

Weighed myself on my girlfriend's scale and it said I was about 240lbs which is eight pounds less than last month. I hit a plateau with the 30 Day workout apps but kept doing 30 crunches a day as well as 20 leg lifts. Plus the 2 sets of 50 squats I'd been doing. I'm always worried because I feel like I'm constantly breaking my diet whether it's the occasional ice cream or candy but I guess it's offset by otherwise better eating habits and exercise. Which I didn't feel as guilty when I stress ate a root beer float and potato chips with hot sauce last week.

I haven't checked in here in a while. I was reminded of this last night when I was complaining about needing new pants to my wife because my work jeans keep sliding off my hips. My wife says "use your belt". I forgot I had one because it had been so long since I used it. Now I need it.
Since June 3 when I started my low carb diet I went from 211 to 190, when I weighed myself this past weekend. I'd like to be down around 170-180 which was what I pretty much maintained even into my 30's. Now I just need to intensify my exercise routine and bike a bit more if I need to. I think just the diet has done what is going to for my weight. Now it's up to me to continue to eat good, and try to flatten my stomach.
But I had 3 pints of Praga last night. That's 45 carb that I shouldn't have had. At this moment my daily goal carbs are 50. Which isn't too difficult with good. It's the beer that's tempting me.

Went to my doctor's office this morning and weighed in at 241 which is about what I weighed on my girlfriends scale a few weeks ago. I was worried that I would have put on more weight because all stress ate junk food all weekend, pretzels, chips brownies, etc. I am glad to get back on a high protein low-carb diet today.

Hi all - still here, still not made much (if any) progress, but have now started up the bike commuting to yet another new office - 15 miles each way, so a decent calorie burn. Currently lurking just under 190, after getting perilously close to 200 recently. Would really like to get under 180 by the end of the year

I won't go near a scale these days. I plan to get serious after my vacation, which ends 9-17-18.

Sadly, I'm back up at 255 and reason for that ... too many birthday parties of dear friends that I attended in the past 8-10 days.

Here we go again. I finally weighed myself this morning and was 207.8. I prepared my food today and want to drop a quick 5 for this Sunday’s NYCCC. Too much binge eating this year and I’m going to reverse it.

I don't own a scale but I worked myself up to two sets of 50 crunches a day, and 2 sets of 30 leg lifts, along with the 2 sets of 50 squats, curling weights and morning push ups. It's exhausting being so vigilant but it feels pretty good. The excess crunches may have aggravated the muscular hernia in my lower back. I've been thinking about adding some yoga stretches to loosen up as it hasn't hurt like this since I was at my heaviest. If anyone has tips for the best form to use while doing crunches my lower back would greatly appreciate it.

I'm going to the gym on Thursday to find out my weight -- I don't have a bathroom scale. Thanks for reminding me.
