Last Reported Weight was 257 pounds
I went to my Gym today after missing a week and a half due to Vacation and Holidays and weighed myself at 259.2 pounds a gain of 2.2 pounds over a better part of a week. I went to my Gym today to find out the next Water Polo League Play begins and found out that it will have it's first meeting this Saturday, January 9th that this League will have 50 matches on Thursdays and Saturdays for a period of 25 weeks plus a 10 week post-season play as well.
Before I found out about it, I walked 3 Miles around the track and did some free weights as well.

1 Jan turned out to be a bit of an aberration, and I bounced back up from there to my Xmas weights around the 178-179 mark. Been slowly coming back down this week, and today I'm at 175.8, nearly back down to my low.

I've been really hitting the track, the gym and the pool during the time I've had off since Christmas, and I managed to lose a full inch around my waist in just two weeks.
Working more with a measuring band instead of the scale, as I am trying to put on some muscle, too.
Yeah, I'll be 45 soon and I'm single, why do you ask?

Currently standing in the rain outside the 45 Club, looking mournfully in the window (picture Dan Akroyd in Trading Places), and expecting any minute to have Bert barge me out of the way as he marches triumphantly through the doors!
I've not been feeling great since the end of year break, which has drastically reduced my exercise level, and made it really difficult to keep down to the calorie limit - consequently I've been oscillating between 175.x and up as far as 177. Today I'm 176.4, -43.6 from start

I made a super healthy casserole (Broccoli/Cauliflower/Carrots/Butternut Squash, w/ 2 cut up chicken breasts, shell pasta, and low fat Mozzarella cheese - bound w/ 1 egg, Low Fat Cottage Cheese, and No-Fat yogurt (so no milk/butter/etc)). . I don't cook small, so came out with about 1 dozen servings. so of COURSE, Nick doesn't like it. hence i've been eating it myself for the past several days (and for the next several). It will not freeze well due to the moisture in the type of veggies. although it isn't UN-healthy, I wasn't expecting to be eating it all myself. . so i dread what all the carbs from the Pasta is doing to me! Sorry you aren't feeling well, and hope you feel better soon. Keep in mind that you weight way less than me, so it's easier for me to drop weight still. and of course, I have the huge motivation for next weekend. . . so there's that to really keep me exercising 4 x per week.

Once I bottom out, I will do - I reckon I've got maybe another 7-10 pounds to go to get rid of the last of my spare tyre.

thought for sure in the New Year this thread would be hopping (what with all the resolutions and stuff). .but pretty quiet.
I'm still doing well tho. . weigh in tomorrow. . hope I'm under 200!

(total loss of 47 lbs exactly). Yay me! last time I wore that shirt was 2009, and last time I fit in those shorts (waist 38) was prolly 2002. (yeah, I'm a packrat and don't throw away clothes I outgrow. .shush!) and I guess, I'm in the queue - tho still on the other side waiting to get past the velvet rope -- of the 50lb club!
