Inks by Bill Sienkiewicz according to CGD. I stand corrected.

Awesome art by Buscema and Jansen(?). Sienkiewicz, although they were actually a fill-in team. Jon J Muth had been illustrating Silver Surfer for JM DeMatteis, and he was to have drawn the Galactus the Devourer mini. He drew the first issue, then left. (I think that DeMatteis was originally supposed to write the mini, but he didn't like the direction Marvel wanted him to take, so he bailed. The powered Alicia was actually part of his run with Muth that got shifted to the mini when Silver Surfer was cancelled.)

How about Wyatt Wingfoot? Jarvis? I vaguely remember a story where Wyatt Wingfoot had powers, but I can't pinpoint it in my memory. I think it would be late '80s-early '90s, and it may not have even been in Fantastic Four. Or I could have completely imagined it.
Jarvis never had powers as far as I can remember.

Jarvis has the power to have the poo-poo beaten out of him by Mr. Hyde and not die.

Jarvis has the power to have the poo-poo beaten out of him by Mr. Hyde and not die. True, although he did end up with a cool eyepatch for awhile.
Actually, one of my favorite issues when I was a kid was the spotlight issue on Jarvis after Under Siege. It had some early art from Kyle Baker, although I wouldn't know that until years later.

Jarvis' culinary skills seems to be a super-power since everyone from Thor to Squirrel Girl raves about it

How about Wyatt Wingfoot? Jarvis? Alternate Wyatts have had powers, or at least, superheroing identities. Alex Ross made him the new Falcon and gave him a wooden helmet in Earth X. How did the Manhunter invasion work at DC? I know it was a thing, at that Jim Gordon was a Manhunter, but I'm only tagentially familiar. Did the failed robot spacecops possess people, replace them? Was Commissioner Gordon a space cyborg? Personally, that anyone could, even temporarily gain fantastic powers is something that's always appealed to me strongly. For some characters, it's better that it doesn't last, but it's great to see Lois Lane or Aunt May develop powers and get to feel the thrill (and the responsibility) the power-up brings. Carlie Cooper web-slinging in Spider-Island was, for me, a highlight of that event, 'cause she was just really into it. What really interests me, are the ones who keep getting powers, but it's always different powers. One day, Harpy, the next, Red Shulkie. Monday you're Elastic Lad, Tuesday you're Turtle Boy.

Jarvis has the power to have the poo-poo beaten out of him by Mr. Hyde and not die. Jarvis listing that, during a roundtable discussion, as his favorite Avengers memory... is now more memorable to me than Under Siege, itself, though I love that storyline more (naturally). It takes a hard man to sit there and say his favorite time ever with the team was when he was horribly beaten and everything went to hell.

What about Commissioner Gordon or Gwen Stacy? Foggy Nelson once dressed up as Daredevil to impress a girl, but I can't recall him gaining powers. Gordon was Robot Batman and Gwen is Spider-Gwen.

Gordon had super-powers in his guise of Anti-Batman in World's Finest #159. Prior to that, in Detective #254, he'd assumed the non-powered costumed identity of Mysteryman. Cei-U! No powers for Gwen, though! I almost corrected you, then noticed this was an old thread. You were correct at the time! And remained correct for 4 months. In September of that year, the world met Spider-Gwen!
