Hi, guys. I've actually just recently gotten back into comics after a long hiatus. So far, I've been mostly collecting books from when I was a kid (80s) that I missed the first go around. Spider-Man and Daredevil are my favorites, but I've been trying to cast a wider net lately.
I've been nosing around some different comic forums over the past month, and this is the one that I kept coming back to the most, so I figured it was time to join.

I Suppose it's my turn to be a newbie here. I've been collecting for around 40 years, everything from golden age to modern, mainly focusing on atomic-era, silver, bronze and early modern books. Love all genres, from horror, super-heroes, war and western, even "funnies" and romance titles.
Truthfully, while I am a member of several other internet forums covering various interests, this is my first comic-centric forum; as most other comic forums I've seen tend to focus on modern and current titles, or are driven more by speculation/investment... neither of which are really my thing. I enjoy collecting comic primarily as a source of relaxation, but also as with a bit of "historian" mindset.
