I don't think Proboards supports Daily Motion-there are a number of video formats that Proboards does not support i.e. you cannot link/load/embed those videos on proboards forums. You can link to them so someone can go to the page where the video is, but you cannot embed those videos in a proboards post. It's not something specific to our site, but to proboards in general. There's a list somehwere of what formats Proboards supports, but I can't recall where it is.

Or are you saying that Dailymotion videos have never been able to be displayed here? I wouldn't know. I don't use Dailymotion myself. Every time I try to use Dailymotion videos here - I had to use link button to order to for all of us here to play them and that's seems to be the problem. They don't display like You Tube at all. I use Dailymotion as a last resort if You Tube doesn't have the video I want. They seems to have the videos that I want and I can get them (Dailymotion) fast. To narrow down the problem - I might need a day to think about it and I hope that I can come up a solution to it. Okay, now I see your point. Since you posted this in the "forum glitch" thread, I assumed something had just gone wrong today. No, it's always been my understanding that proboards is specifically wired to display Youtube videos. I'm not sure whether it's a coding issue or a licensing one, but I'm not sure they can display videos from anywhere else. if you'd like to petition them to change this, you can do so here: support.proboards.com/board/44/support-board

We had an moderator/administrator by the name of Knightvision tried to fix the problem and proboards denied him to fix the codes so that all Dailymotion videos can be displayed. I feel it would be foolish for anyone of us to petition the support-board to change that. Thanks for helping me to clear this up. I guess that I have to use the link button to work around with it.

Yup. We don't carry any more sway with proboards than the HOJ did. Their policies are their policies.

I've been experiencing this glitch multiple times. It seems to have begun with the switch to the forums' new address
When navigating from one page to another, sometimes I'll get a blank white page and will need to hit the refresh button to complete the move. This can occur within a thread or when navigating from one of the topic menu pages to a particular thread.
I don't recall this being a problem before the address switch and it seems to happen a few times a day. I use Google Chrome. I don't seem to have this issue with other websites. It's just a bit annoying

Windows 7. No plans to upgrade either Good for you I logged a request with proboards support. You can follow it here: support.proboards.com/thread/594793/blank-pages-pairing-custom-domainThey will likely have follow-up questions that only you will be able to answer. If anyone else has experienced issues since the url address changed, please let me know right away. In a few days, I will be setting the old address to automatically forward to the new one, so I want to make sure everyone will still be able to utilize the site effectively when this happens.

If you don't want to do any of that, I can be your go-between, but it will slow down the process.
