#25 Iron FistAlter Ego - Daniel "Danny" Rand First AppearanceMarvel Premiere #15 (May 1974) Bronze Age of Comics Costume Features that I like the mostThe Yellow Part is all the right places and along with his insignia in his naked chest is a winner in my book. I also like the concept of a green/yellow color scheme here and most of all I also like the way they incorporate the black trim in the mask making it more oriental in design. I know about the white/gold version - but I did not care for that look at all. Four Great Photos of Iron Fist!

Have you tried imgur as an alternative to photobucket? I always use Tinypic as a free picture host that you don't need to sign up with. I've never had any issues with them.

Have you tried imgur as an alternative to photobucket? I've tried using Imgur and I just don't like the set-up of it. Not practical for me!

Dear Everyone,When, I posted that "Strongest Marvel Heroes Chart explained by Spiderman" ... I wanted to share that with you because it is the coolest thing that I saw at Marvel Comics and I shared that out of JOY - not trying to be accurate of how strong this character is and that. Please understand what I'm saying and I just wanted to share my favorite pictures that I found in the vast regions of the Internet that I find to be still fascinate me of today! That's kinda what I'd figured. I love it myself. Of course, there is no such thing as an accurate strength chart since each character's strengths wind up varying based on the writer, anyway. It's still fun to look at, and we should at least all agree that Spidey shouldn't beat Wonder Man in an arm wrestling contest!

Gold Iron Man: Despite it's klunky appearance, I like this costume. He literally looks like an iron man in the costume. Great to see how his look has transformed over the years.
Mr. Fantastic: I preferred how he looked in the 70s in the classic F4 look. The lighter blue uniform is my favorite.
Medusa: Sexy, classic, clean lines, great costume. With her dramatic red hair, she does not need a fussy costume. An elaborate costume would distract from her hair.
Power Man: functional, doesn't inhibit movement, and I like how the serpent tattoo is showcased. His headwrap/mask is unique as well. Gives it a warrior/street element despite its yellow color.
Daredevil: One of the best Marvel costumes ever. It would be in my top 5. The color, the silouette, the DD design, the horns....perfection! It is a functional look that has translated really well into the Netflix show.
Hawkeye: Another Marvel classic. The unique mask with the H, the sleevless look shows how strong his arms are and doesn't impede his movement. Great colors, a very bold and fun look!

If you look at the early Tales of Suspense issues, there are differences in Iron Man's armor that depend on the artist. Jack Kirby drew most of the covers and a few stories, and he drew the armor with a little skirt-like section. Don Heck drew most of the stories and he omitted the skirt.

More MedusaFour Different Pictures of Madam Medusa and her Unforgettable Hair! Lots of great images of Medusa but I wanted to quote this one in particular because I think it's representative of how different the Kirby version is to most of the later ones and I believe artists would do well to take a close look at how the character's creator envisioned her. The big, wide-shoulders and hips, etc are typical of a lot of Kirby's female characters, one might say, but I think it's especially appropriate for Medusa because it gives her a majestic, commanding aura suitable to her status as Queen of the Inhumans, or at least royalty. Also, I think her "power" only makes sense as a kind of over-all super-strength which extends to her hair, and Kirby's is the only version that makes her look physically strong and formidable, as is beautifully exemplified in this panel.

#26 MedusaAs a Member of the Frightful Four I too love Medusa's classic look. There's an air of mystery with Kirby and Colan's Medusas; yes, even with--especially with--Colletta's inks (as above) and in Marvel Super-Heroes #15. I don't care at all for that Romita green costume with the big X (who is she, Jean Grey's sister?! ) from Spider-Man #62 and the Marvel Tales #45 reprint. In that story Romita made her look almost too sharp-edged and somewhat hard, IMO.
