Anyone here checked out the Virtruvian Hacks line of fantasy figures? Holy hell are they gorgeous!   I had a chance to see these in person for the first time yesterday. Aaron of Roma collectibles had these at Champion City yesterday and they look amazing. My former studio mate Keven picked up two of the Gorgon sisters (Medusa and company and the snake priestess/warrior fig to use in his D&D games (these aren't minis they're full sized action figures). There is a certain amount of interchangeability in accessories in their design as well. Standard figures run about $25 a pop, more for bigger or chase figures. I was sorely tempted but didn;t want to jump down this particular rabbit hole, but every time I see them my resolve weakens. -M |

Marvel/Hasbro released images of their upcoming Marvel Legends 6 inch figure vehicle line... Ghost Rider...  and Black Widow...  I think I need to get the GR figure when it comes out, and I really like the Widow one too. -M |

Marvel/Hasbro released images of their upcoming Marvel Legends 6 inch figure vehicle line... Ghost Rider... and Black Widow... I think I need to get the GR figure when it comes out, and I really like the Widow one too. -M These look really cool. Hopefully this will lead to more 6" scale vehicles in the Marvel line. Hasbro has made some cool vehicles in their Star Wars line, and Mattel just released a 1/10 scale movie Batmobile. I'm hoping for a Punisher van sometime. |

The old one is so hard to find. It is on my toy hit list for sure. That Ghost Rider figure is actually the best action figure of him I have seen. Nothing else (aside from higher end statues) has really grabbed me. I am hoping a company like Mezco does a Ghost Rider.

I have the Marvel Select Ghost Rider figure...  and the glow-in-the-dark Ghost Rider Funko pop...  and I used to have most of the Toy Biz line of Ghost Rider figs  but those were given away with most of my Toy Biz X-Men and Marvel heroes stuff to a children's hospital before I moved out to Ohio. Visually, I love the design of Ghost Rider, I just never felt many of his stories lived up to the potential of the design. -M |

More promotional pictures for the ML vehicles have been released. Apparently they will be released in Spring 2018. I can't help but think Ghost Rider would be a good base for a custom Lobster Johnson.

That's one of my pet peeves with Marvel Legends, that they sometimes reuse head sculpts for multiple characters. I usually like the head sculpts they make, but I like each character to have their own. |
