OK, so that's why you're not impressed with Matt Hagen, but what about the other Clayface's? To me, Clayface III (Preston Payne) was easily the best, a nightmarish character who dissolved people with his touch. To be honest with everyone here, I have no understanding that there are other Clayface's because I wasn't introduced to them at all. Most of the villains that I'm associated with were from the 40's to the 79's. Remember, I did not read much comics from 1985 to 2000; why I was working too much and putting in long hours in. I've neglected my Comics Books until 2001. That's the problems that you and most people here aren't understanding that. Sorry.

the4thpip ... I understand that, and that's was tingramretro is saying here. But, I did not read any comics books from 1985 to 2000 because of work. My knowledge of the 80's and the 90's are quite limited and that's seems to favor certain characters in my lineup here. Those books that you've shared with us/me that I have no understanding of. It's that's simple. That's why Clayface in the Batman The Animated Series is my personal favorite of mine and sorry that I have no understanding of other Clayface's and I was shocked to see that in the internet that there were 6 or 7 of these characters and the only one I knew was Matt Hagen and I did not knew the others. Thanks for sharing those covers in the previous posts ...

Remember that storyline well. Believe it had one of my all time favorite batman moments in it.

Hagen, his successor, debuted in 1961, and Preston Payne in 1978.

Again, I have no history of Basil and Preston either - and having said that back in 1978 - I was graduating out of high school, working three jobs, and going to college and those next three years - I had very little interest in Comic Books. Thanks for the information here ... appreciate that.

Due To Personal Reasons
I decided not to continue on with this thread for personal reasons and for that reasons alone I feel that I just lost all my appetite of continuing this thread on my own merits.
I'm deleting the 100 pictures in my IMGUR albums and forget about continuing it for good. Sorry Members and Guests.

Your lists are invariably a lot of fun and great catalysts for enjoyable discussion. Whatever it is that you are assailed by, I hope it passes quickly.

Since I started researching the origins of Villains in our comics I have come to realize that their Origin stories are far better than that of our Heroes. Some of their stories are so heart-touching Some of My favourite super-Villains are listed Below and they are in no particular order
BLACK ADAM Even though his origin story is not really something to be amazed by, his latter actions are what makes me his fan. Yes he is a decent villain but the things he does to revive the Love of His Life is what really got to me. I think the things he did just to be able to unite with his Love showed his WILL that can be compared to the Will of JOHN CENA. Most of the time we see Black Adam as a power hungry evil guy who was simply a mistake of Wizard Shazam but he gave up all the power just so that he could save his Love from turning totally evil.About that storyline Here .The way he kept going even after the failures he had in the process just because of a glimmer of Hope that he could once more be with the only person he ever loved. Adam Why You Do This to Me? I do realize that he is kind of an anti-hero now but still.
DARKSEID
LOL, what awesome villain list would be complete without this guy Oops!! sorry, this EVIL GOD. We all know that this Ruler of Apocalypse is the embodiment of all evil in the universe and the power he possesses via Omega Force is beyond anyones' comprehension. This guy Unlike other villains doesn't really have a motive to do the things he does. He does it because He is simple EVIL. Seriously, He killed his own Mother without any remorse. He killed his Brother too :/ Also Killed his son Btw. So I think that is enough to know that he is Evil right? He is basically immortal but yes he is currently Dead in Darkseid War storyline He is also a technological freak with his machine that does genetic mutation on subjects and turns them into Parademons that follow Darkseids' Commands. So yeah he is on my list.
THANOS Yup, I love this guy. Absolutely love his origin. Common people all he wanted was someone to make him understand that even though he is different from others, he is still special. All he wanted was someone to actually love him BUT noooooo society had to look down on him, be scared of him, avoid him and all because of a mutation which is no fault of his own. Yup he did kill most of his planets inhabitants but it was because of all the hate he felt and also due to the influence of Mistress Death who he loves and is the sole reason for everything he does. And I know Marvel : The End or Thanos : The End is not cannon but he died for the Universe. He was Omnipotent once more but he just sacrificed everything, wiped himself out of existence just to save the Universe that hated on him so much Anyway if anyones' interested Here is Thanos origin
So I am going to sleep now. Goodnight people
