I don't think Captain Marvel (Billy Batson) has died? This needs to be bumped up! Did Captain Marvel and/or Billy Batson die? 'Cause I'm gonna need to see the Manager if that's true.

I forgot about Avengers AI.... I'll have to look at Avengers Academy again... SOMETHING happened at the end... I don't remember him at all in AvX.. which may have been before the end of Academy anyway. Rescuing Wasp from the Microverse was defintely before. Jan's return from the Microverse was in Avengers #32-34, dated December 2012-January 2013. The last issue of Avengers Academy was also published in January 2013, and ended with Hank discussing the future of the Academy with Veil. Maybe it was one of the other series then... I know I'm not crazy

He subsequently relocated the Academy to the old Avengers West Coast compound.

Did Etrigan ever die? I have complete runs of his first 3 series plus odds and ends, but I haven't followed him of late... Being a demon, does "death" even apply?

If it were whose died the most times I'd vote my namesake. But since that's not the case .... Pip? I haven't kept up with cosmic Marvel since Abnett & Lanning's GotG though.
