Want something explained here after seeing something from a comic that made you scratch your head? I'll start the scratching... Ok, what is going on here?

Trying to make sense of Avengers #200 is impossible.

So ... if Cap wanted to know who the kid's father is, why didn't he just say "Who's your father?"?
Some bad, bad writing here. Avengers #200 is a mess.
Lots of classic Avengers in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. This issue by itself came awfully close to negating all the good karma of the previous decades.

I understand the narrative of Schultz & Castellini's "The Call" fine, what I don't get it is why Superman's such an incredible jerk, or why they'd write, draw, and publish the comic. Batman calls Superman to help a woman shot by guys gunning for Batman. Superman says he might not help "the next time," that it's selfish of Batman to have asked him to help in situations like this all of twice, how he better not ask any other JLAer with powers to ever help, and then won't even fly the woman to a hospital... because... It's not intentional superdickery, because Superman is treated as the good guy here, and Batman as the sadsack on the edge of getting us all killed.

Oh, those Batgirl pages...
How many pages in a row of solid expository dialogue were in that issue? Four, wasn't it? I think I made it through two.

Not knowing the context in this picture ... and it's a children's comic.

Selina Kyle seems to be into date rape, if she guesses she "got lucky" as she wakes up naked in the batcave after being beaten unconscious by Catman.

I have no idea where this is from, but I like to pretend it's Bruce and Alfred finding out about Rule 34 of the Internet.
