I met Neal Adams years ago in a con In Ny. No great encounter but I handed him Ms. Mystic to sign and before he signed it, he paused and looked at me for a few seconds. Maybe most people give him his more famous DC and Marvel books? Possibly he has some bad feelings about the book because of this? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ms._Mystic#Controversy_over_co-creation"In 1993 comics artist Michael Netzer sued Neal Adams for credit and misappropriation of a jointly created property, claiming that he initially conceived the character of Ms. Mystic at the behest of DC Comics' art director Vince Colletta in 1977, and went on to co-create the character with Adams."

I came really close to bringing him some of my continuity books when I saw him. guess it's good I didn't. He seemed to be impressed by the mag I brought. Anybody else experience and a tad uncomfortable over his interactions w his wife? I'm not damning the guy, he was perfectly pleasant and engaging, but he would be pretty short and snippy w her. Reminded me of my parents.

Sometimes the teacher you don't want is the one you really need. You don't need to like someone to be able to learn from them. What if I told you that it's entirely possible to suggest ways in which a student needs to improve without being a complete arsehole about it? It is entirely possible. And sometimes utterly ineffective.
