BC articleThe new new52 or some such, but reports are DC will be relaunching everything after the initial new52 books hit their 52nd issue and the line will refocus on books with TV & movie properties, other stuff, not so much. Those rumored switches to biweekly shipping and price increases look to be part of the relaunch effort. The focus on tv/movie properties seems to be a top down mandate handed to publishing from higher up too. We'll know for sure soon when solicits for May/June/July hit in the next few months. -M

Is it time to move five Earths down the road already?
I'm sure this will be as well planned and executed as the New 52 was.
I wonder if this means the lighthouse at Amnesty Bay will be relocated to Hawaii so Aquaman can be a Pacific Islander.
Let the rampant speculation and teeth gnashing begin anew!

Well folks are saying more a relaunch than a reboot, sort of like Marvle Now where things got new #1s but continuity didn't change so much. Who knows. If we get some good books out of it, I don't care what the trade dress or marketing aspects are. If it stinks out loud, well I am currently buying zero DC books (though might get Dr. Fate and Omega Men in trade) so it affects me not. I can't buy less DC books because of it.

Ancillary rumors:
Snyder off of Batman, which will go bi-weekly. Instead he will write monthly Detective Comics.
new Titans book (but will be Teen-less) spinning out of Titans Hunt.

Not a reboot, but a rebirth. Tweets Didio. Mrp you should get Dr. Fate since Khalid's a Pathfinder player.

... and once the dust settles, they still won't be publishing anything that I'll be even remotely tempted to read

I'm fed up of this. DC can pucker up and kiss my ass.
I'll still get #1s though.

I'll still get #1s though. And that's why they will keep doing what you dislike

Well...to be honest...I flipped a number of them last time and made some nice money so they seem to pay for themselves

Unless there's a new Animal Man, Blue Beetle, or Swamp Thing book coming out of this, I think DC and I will be trying out a trial separation for awhile.

Whatever. I'll continue getting whatever Superman's in and my favourite writers as I can afford them.

I wonder if it's gonna be another Crisis/New 52 Style reboot.
I have a feeling fans are probably sick of these.
Eh, it'll get me to buy some comics. I am not buying any non-Scooby-Doo-Team-Up DC right now, but am a sucker for # 1 issues.

Ehh...so what. If there are good books I'll eventually read them. If there aren't. I won't. No big deal.
