Don't you mean 1024x768? Because that sounds like some weird resolution.

Made a few subtle adjustments tonight concerning background colors of posts and font sizes. Hopefully, everything is a little easier on the eyes now.

I'm seeing the "C" in classic as well as the "cs" in comics cut off in the banner. Yep. Unfortunately, the banner only displays correctly on high resolution desktops. On lower resolutions, it cuts off. There's no board setting that allows me to compensate for this. I'm assuming there's a javacript fix, but I know nothing about java whatsoever. Someone would need to help me with this. you should be able to use html media queries to detect screen width and use appropriate sized banners for smaller screens www.w3.org/TR/css3-mediaqueries/#device-width

It's going to be some time before I have the time to sit down and play with this, but I hope to get to it within the next two weeks.

Switched back to the old banner tonight.
I love the multi-covers one far more, as it represents something meaningful to our community, but it just feels too cluttered/busy. The entire page is just easier on the eyes with the old image, somehow.
I tried uploading some of the new images that members have created for us, but the size ratio isn't lining up, even though the dimensions are right. I have no idea why. They'll have to wait until I can work in that javascript for maintaining banner size ratio across display settings.
EDIT: Also playing with the color scheme again. Felt it was a little TOO blue before. Trying to warm it up.

Regarding the banner, the problem you face has to do with wanting to accommodate every screen resolution. While I can applaud your efforts, going practical, and just selecting an image that will look good in the most common range, form HDready to fullHD, is something to consider.

I believe I've solved the banner size issue. Thanks, Ozymandias, for your advice in this regard.
