I have avoided those and those big sleeping monsters I call Snorlax. And I've seen one Snorlax skeleton. But he didn't see me.

For my money the hardest bosses are found scattered throughout the world. The rock-monsters and Lynels and such. And the Guardians and end-boss are very difficult if you haven't completely mastered the shield bash (actually, the final boss is impossible without that move). The Guardians can also be taken down with Guardian weapons, so if you're equipped right they're easier. But the final boss isn't any easier with those weapons.

I am doing my 3rd beast. The game is still fun but I must say I still think people who proclaim this the best game of the year, and in some cases one of the best ever, are wrong in my opinion. Its certaintly a good game but its not that great. Yeah the world is beautiful but the enemies are very much the same a lot of the time and I am slowly loosing interest. I am certaintly not going to poor a lot of play time into it when I am done with the main storyline. I dont see myself bothering to get every single shrine or anything like that. Still fun game.

Lynel's are the single hardest enemy I encountered in the game. The boss's aren't really challenging in this game. I now know for sure this is true. In being able to defeat the Zora's divine beast i still needed like 6 shock arrows to get required 20. I found a few in trees but I wasn't even trying to engage the Linel and he spotted and killed me once. I lost a shield and weapon from getting shocked I never went back for. I re spawned far enough away with 23 arrows that I headed back to Zora. The bosses aren't given as much thought and attention as previous entries. They've so far been bullet sponges that if as long as you've got enough weapons/arrows and plenty of food it's almost impossible for them to present a real life/death situation. But I feel the cooperative plans to get into the divine beast itself with the help of each champion is far more rewarding than the divine beast itself or the boss battle. Hopefully the other two are just as rewarding in that aspect at least. I also bought the stealth armour/costume. I was holding off for a long time. But with 7000 rupees I figured I could afford it. Now I just need to find that great fairy that will inhance your armour/costumes to make it stronger.

Now I just need to find that great fairy that will inhance your armour/costumes to make it stronger. You think 7,000 is a lot now, but just wait... as for the great fairy... small potential spoiler... {Spoiler}{Spoiler}it's fairies. There's 4 of them. If you want to know where the nearest one is, fast travel to the shrine in Kakariko village and head east for maybe 50 yards. Now that I'm done with Zelda, I'm back in the unenviable position of being between games. Right before Zelda came out, I had just finished Arkham Knight at 100% completion which was an arduous, tedious and draining task consuming my nights and much sleep. I had vowed to take a hiatus from games for a bit to decompress, spend time more productively, and just not be actively addicted to something. Then Zelda came out like that week, so what was I supposed to do? .....NOW I'm back where I was, and I feel less burnt out, but I didn't get any of that productive stuff done. None of my games are really grabbing me right now, and I really ought to find productive uses of time, but I don't have the energy/motivation. I think I'm going to go back into running some. In any case, Humble Bundle was having a sale, so I picked up Just Cause 1 & 2 and Darksiders 1 & 2 for super cheap. I read that JC1 isn't great, so I installed and started JC2 last night. Pretty cool concept, like Zelda with open world exploration but you're a spy and can parachute, use a grapple, reign havoc and shoot guns. Very cool concept, but I'm so spoiled by how polished Zelda's controls were. Kind of opposite, I heard Darksiders 1 is great and 2 is kind of eh, so I downloaded 1 last night and haven't played it yet. I think I will give it a try and possibly some more JC2 when I'm not quite so tired, and if neither grabs me, maybe I can get something productive accomplished.

I found that particular one over the weekend, but that's not the first one I found. Which I think was in Faron, but I couldn't seem to find it. So I went on doing something else and stumble across that great fairy. And wondered how I missed it all this time when it was by the most central town to starting the game off. Oh well. I got some enhanced stealth armour and almost always wear it unless the conditions dictate otherwise.
I also finished the escort mission of the Goron divine beast. I guess neat idea, but executed badly. But not the worst escort mission by any chance. And at least he could protect himself, so need to worry other than the sentries spotting him. Sidon and the Link team up was the best. When I get to play again, I still need to do the actual divine beast and then the boss at the end of it.
Edit: I have never played JC games but I have Darksiders. I'm not a huge fan of smash em up games, since that was all the rage in the 90's and kind of had my fill of them. But the story is fairly compelling and there's some cool power up and stuff to make it interesting. And some perks that kind of make it more than just smash em up. I haven't played 2 yet, but my son really liked it. I didn't ask specifics but apparently, other than story, it's just as fun as far as the gameplay goes. War and his story is actually what kept me interested in the game.

Very cool. It sounds like a similar concept to God of War which I loved. In fact, if you haven't played the God of War games, I recommend the HD collection for PS3 of 1-3. Smash em up/hack n slash, whatever you want to call it, they are masterpieces of the genre/art form for their time, and frankly were very epic in scope and presentation for that era. With the HD polish when ported to PS3 I think they hold up very well graphically. Also grotesquely violent in all the right ways. Basically, if ever you were in the mood for that type of game again, it's hard to do better than those. The final boss fights in 1 and 2 are freaking HARD though. Fair warning.

I am thinking that when I am finished with Zelda, which is likely going to be in one of the next couple of Weekes if I have the time, I am going to go back and paly Titans fall 2 and a couple of other Xbox One games.

Good call. I have heard Titanfall 2 is good and improved some of the shortcomings on the original. Let us know what you think. I also did try Darksiders last night, and man, what an intro. Talk about starting right in the action. It was very polished and ran extremely well on my admittedly-pretty-powerful-but-starting-to-show-its-age-a-little-bit PC. Descriptions of it as a heaven and hell themed God of War lite seem pretty bang-on accurate so far, and that is fine with me. More polished and smoother than Just Cause 2 so far, though a few nitpicks on the controls and cameras in just a few areas. I think that will be my recreational time burning activity for the foreseeable future.

A lot of the boss battles are pretty unique and not just slash, slash, slash until dead. One in particular was really fun. Reminded me of particular Zelda boss battle. And War really fleshes out to an interesting character. But yeah it's definitely a heaven vs hell game. There's a good amount of puzzles too that are challenging. One in particular towards the end was really a head scratcher. Maybe after BotW I will try 2. Though I started a game of Remember Me and Dishonered and still haven't played Thief, Life is Strange and several other games, so :shrugs: I dunno

Titanfall 2 is great. The first-person movement is among the very best in gaming. I love being able to slide in first-person games.

It's a free-to-play multiplayer FPS which is about gaining momentum by sliding up and down hills to vault through the air. Not sure how the community is today, but if it's still active it sounds right up your alley.

Defeated my third divine beast. Only missing the fire one now. I also got the master sword. Its still great fun. I am going to wait with the last beast beast for a while and just explore and find some more shines. I am thinking I might spend some more orbs on stamina now since I only have spend 8 orbs on that so.

I got to a full second stamina wheel and then almost never fell short again, so I would second that. Once you are there, just keep a few stamina potions on you and you should be all set.
