They had these at our Wallyworld a week or so back when I Was there. I picked up the Batman pack but skipped the others. Wasn't there a Scooby-Doo pack as well? And possibly a Harley Quinn one (memories are foggy)?

The only other packs my Wallyworld had were a Flash pack, a Batman Arkham Knight pack, and a Detective Comics pack. Would have loved to grab the Harley Quinn pack, as well as the Scooby-Doo pack for the kids. Almost gave the Justice League pack to my kids before opening it. Glad I did not. That Earth 2 #1 would have traumatized them!

 I have been seeing these the last few weeks at some of the Target stores. Oddly enough the ones i have found them in are the stores in the "poorer" parts of the city where there is a larger traffic of shoppers and not in the larger upscale Targets in the more "expensive" parts of town. They are stocking these comics not in the action figure aisles but actually in between the girls and boys figure aisles with lots of the less expensive throw away junk toys of the month type stuff. Seems to be two types of bagging: older 90's Marvel together or 90's DC together and the more "current later" 2000 Mixed Marvel/DC like the one pictured. 

As yet i have not seen any popping up at any of the Wal-Marts here. Hoping this becomes more of a trend and with wider varieties.

I bought one of those from the local Vintage Stock earlier this year. I am still reading through some of ones I had an interest in. I'd say 50% of it was either books from titles I have, and/or interested in checking out, for the right price. And the rest was stuff either I can't muster interest for or multiple copies of the same book. Either way it was $40 and it was packed full, so over 300 comics. Not quite 350, if I remember right. So either way, a not too shabby price per issue. Though in the end, I still wished I would have cherry picked their open $1 boxes with that $40. But the fun of going through them and cataloging them for my CLZ application on my ipod was fun.
