I read X-Men #11 yesterday. It's kind of stupid, but in a fun way. I like it a lot. I especially like the way they got rid of Magneto and the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. An all-powerful alien called the Stranger shows up, acts all mysterious, wreaks havoc in Manhattan, turns Mastermind to stone and goes back to his home planet, taking Magneto and the Toad with him for his mutant collection. Wanda and Pietro decide they have repaid Magneto for saving their lives and they run off to star in Strange Tales #128 before joining the Avengers.
The X-Men are in it, but they mostly just pester civilians with questions, pick fights with Pietro and the Toad and say "He must be a mutant" a lot. At the end, they mostly just wave goodbye as the Stranger turns into a beam of light and soars into space, taking Magneto and the Toad with him.

Yeah the "he must be a mutant" speech was and is annoying to read in the original x Men comic.
