Thanks all for the advice and well-wishes.
Speaking of Roger Slifer and others, there seems to be a huge number of celebrity deaths lately, especially the last couple years. It's kind of sad. It's hard not to think there's not something in the water or something, or like Heaven takes batch orders or something. It especially seems there's an uptick in comics creators passing lately whereas before it seemed very rare to hear about one more than every few years.

Since the subject has kind of already been brought up, I often wonder what is it that incites either a sad or angry reaction to death. People deal with death in different ways, most assuredly, but those two seem to be the crux of people's reactions. Death often angers me, than saddens me. It may be that I don't express anger, so in death's case I let it out. Just something I was thinking about at some point recently.

Here's a random question- do you think that Hugh Hefner has had sex with every Playboy bunny ever ?

I think it's because when you hear about it it is a firm, inescapable realization that that person is gone forever and you can never interact with them again, receive something new from them etc. And now I have to move on because that is too sad. Here's a random question- do you think that Hugh Hefner has had sex with every Playboy bunny ever ? I would imagine as both he and Playboy got on in years it would become rather tedious trying to keep up with it all.

Here's a random question- do you think that Hugh Hefner has had sex with every Playboy bunny ever ? Probably far fewer than you'd imagine. I doubt he's actually had sex with his last several "girlfriends"

Here's a random answer: Ew. Yeah, I think that if any of them felt pressured to sleep with Hefner or anyone else in a position of power in order to get chosen as a playmate model, that's pretty bad, though you kind of suspect it probably has happened. Hopefully not as a matter of routine, though.

That's why he's going to burn in hell. ( I'm not jealous, really I'm not).

To me this would be a form of sexual harassment or coercion and therefore something he could be charged with in a court of law. It would be difficult to prove, I suppose, though.

I just watched Blackfish and wished I hadn't. Being the dominate species on the planet by selfishly stepping on every other species to get there isn't something to be proud of.

I watched that Going Clear documentary. I thought it was going to blow my mind because HBO recently aired The Jinx and that one was so well done, but Going Clear wasn't anything I didn't already know, and I don't even consider myself all that knowledgeable about Scientology. Like I don't have any particular interest in it, but I've read a few articles here and there when they crossed my path. Also it wasn't presented very cinematically, but most documentaries aren't. Anyway, I thought it was boring.

About to watch Bukowski: Born Into This for god knows what time this one around. Literature was saved by this man.
Would anyone think a documentary thread, classic to present, whatever time, redundant to our already existing movie threads?

I have been battling some kind of cold since Wednesday. Wait, maybe Tuesday? It's a head cold or something, so I cannot remember. Just kill me now.

Here's a random answer: Ew. I'm sure most ladies found him hard to resist when he was in his prime.
